The SSDF Board needs practitioners in the sustainability sector who wants to use their expertise to shape the work of SSDF and drive forward the sustainability agenda in Scotland.The Board works closely with the Scottish Government and the Sustainable Development Commission, making this a fantastic opportunity to network with other experts and decision makers in the sector.
Two of our board members will be stepping down at our AGM on the 21st of September. We are looking for practitioners in the sustainability sector with ideas to shape the work of SSDF and drive to engage members. Board members agree the annual business plan and monitor the financial position of the charity.
Time commitment: 4 board meetings per year plus other events as and when required such as the annual autumn conference.
Board members are elected during our annual general meeting. This year our AGM is taking place at our autumn conference on Tuesday the 21st September at 1:30pm.
