27. No business shall be dealt with at any general meeting unless a quorum is present; the quorum for a general meeting shall be 10% of those entitled to vote, each being a member or a proxy for a member."
To read as follows:
27. No business shall be dealt with at any general meeting unless a quorum is present; the quorum for a general meeting shall be 60 or 10% of those entitled to vote, whichever is lower. Each being a member or a proxy for a member.
