great workplace and successful business.Taking part in Scotland’s Best Workplaces Programme will help you identify your organisation’s strengths and any challenges that may need to be addressed.
The Programme is run by the Great Place to Work® Institute in Strategic Partnership with Skills Development Scotland and the Scottish Council for Development and Industry as part of a strategic 3-year joint initiative to help develop employee skills and boost productivity.
SSDF is proud to be be associated with the Programme through its support of the Excellence in Sustainability Award. This award recognises those organisations demonstrate excellence and innovation in addressing key sustainability issues such as waste and climate change.
